What’s a good remedy for sinus headaches when you’re pregnant?

I don’t want to take medicine if I can avoid it and I’ve sat in a steamy room, put a cold washcloth over my eyes and nose, put a hot washcloth over my eyes and nose, put one of those bean-filled eye covers over my eyes while warm and while freezing and nothing seems to work! Help!
